Happy Birthday, Best Friend

Today is Danielle’s birthday.  Danielle is my best girlfriend.  I guess in the grand scheme of things we haven’t known each other long – we met in college in 2003.  But ever since that first meeting, drawn together by the fact that we both love purple, we have been inseparable. 

 

Danielle was like the sister I never had.  I miss her a lot.  Good friends like her are rare, and it’s hard to be so far apart.  Whenever we get together, we are able to pick up as if we have never been apart!  And Elaine & Danielle share a middle name – Cristin (yup – that was on purpose).
