A Visit with Grandma & Grandpa

Over Memorial Day weekend we were blessed to have my parents come for a visit.  My mom had actually been here for the whole week prior, and Dad joined her on the weekend.  It was a cold, wet, rainy week in Brooklyn so we stayed in the house most of the time.  But we still managed to have fun!  Here are some highlights from their visit…

:: Elaine got in lots of baby snuggle time…

:: We enjoyed leisurely mornings in our jammies. Here is Grandma “Gypsy” with all four of her grands!

:: We did make it out to Target and Elaine got some new nail polish. This called for mani-pedi time with Grandma!

:: Mommy’s sweet tooth meant a batch of peanut butter cookies was in order. Read my mom’s take on that here – she said it much better than I could!
