Moments with Grandparents

Elaine is at the age where she is recognizing people, and she has spent a lot of time with her grandparents lately.  She will now reach her arms out to go to Grandpa Godby.  She also enjoyed some special time with Grampa & Grandma Hamilton during our move to Brooklyn.

Elaine is pretty possessive about her paci, but she likes to play a game where she has to get it out of your mouth.  Here she is playing it with Grandpa when we went for a cool down on the Sandbridge Beach after loading the moving truck.

Helping Grandma Godby pack the suitcase!

Jim & Sissy hadn’t seen Elaine since January.  She is very different now!  It was cooler outside than in our new Brooklyn apartment, so after the truck was unloaded we just chilled and relaxed a little. 

 
Elaine went for a pram ride with Grandma Hamilton and then enjoyed playing on the front steps.

We all went to dinner together (the Godbys and the Hamiltons) and Grampa Hamilton made Elaine this hat out of the menu.  Doesn’t she look thrilled?  (She was exhausted and tired of the heat!)
