Recipe: Cowboy Soup
This recipe came from Gizelle Greene in Shelby, NC. I enjoyed it so much I thought I would share it with you!
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can cream style corn
1 box Rice-A-Roni Spanish Rice
1 large can tomato juice
Muenster cheese
Instructions:
Brown beef and onion, drain grease. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for one hour. Serve with shredded muenster cheese and bread. It is so easy, and so filling! Perfect for a rainy day!
