{Jane’s Carousel}
For Elaine’s birthday, we headed to the Brooklyn Bridge Park to ride Jane’s Carousel. It was built in 1922, and Jane took 25 years to restore it by hand (no chemicals). It is in a big glass cube at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge, with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline.

{Grampa Hamilton declined to ride and was immediately dubbed photographer. Ben & Nolan, Andrea & Elaine, Grandma Hamilton}
{I love this picture. The lighting is awesome!}
{It took a bit for her to warm up, and she always wanted someone on the horse with her, but eventually Elaine loved the carousel. She rode three times!}
