First Day of School 2015
I don’t feel terribly behind in posting this, because we haven’t done a whole lot of school since that first day on September 10th! Traveling makes it difficult to be consistent in a school day routine, but we fit it in where time allows, and we catch up on Saturdays, and we may work later into the summer! I’m still getting my feet under me from baby, moving, packing, and resuming full time deputation.
They may not all be in “classes” but they definitely all impact our school day!
Elaine & Henry, Liberty, Nehemiah, and Nolan
One shot with the teacher too!
Elaine is five years old and in first grade.
Nolan is four years old and doing some preschool math and beginning alphabet exercises, on a very sporadic basis!
I got this free printable from one of my favorite blogs, Keeping Life Creative. It’s a matching game to learn the corresponding uppercase and lowercase letters, using ice cream scoops and cones. I printed out the BJU pre-cursive letters and glued them on top of the original printable, so that we stay on the same page for Kindergarten!
